You must be aged 18 or above, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable jurisdiction, to register and use the 92pkrk platform. Proof of age may be required at any time.
Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances held therein, without further notice.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements. Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry periods are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. The platform does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method. Identity verification is required before withdrawals are processed.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 92pkrk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 92pkrk website available at https://92pkrk.cam and all associated services, games, features and content (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Services.

To register and maintain an Account on 92pkrk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:
92pkrk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review, and may result in permanent closure.
Age Verification: We take underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to have been registered by a person below the minimum eligible age will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned through the original payment channel where technically possible.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information submitted is truthful and that you will update your account details promptly if any information changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
Following registration, 92pkrk may require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses or increasing transaction limits. KYC documentation may include, without limitation:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or permit any third party to access your Account.
You must notify 92pkrk immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 92pkrk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have delayed notification.
92pkrk reserves the right to lock an Account and require additional verification if unusual or suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to login attempts from multiple geographic locations, atypical transaction patterns or potential account sharing.
All Account Balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period, as displayed in the cashier.
Payment provider names referenced on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for contextual familiarity only. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement of gambling activity by those providers, nor does it imply affiliation with or support of 92pkrk. Whether a specific payment method permits gambling-related transactions is governed by that provider's own terms and applicable law. Users are responsible for verifying this independently.
92pkrk does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time or within a short processing window, subject to payment provider delays outside our control. 92pkrk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
92pkrk reserves the right to add, remove or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. The unavailability of a previously offered payment method does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for real-money Account Balances that are not subject to active wagering requirements. Bonus funds and pending bonus balances are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only. 92pkrk aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable business timeframe, but is not liable for delays introduced by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
92pkrk reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to the Account Balance.
92pkrk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies to clear bonus requirements — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
92pkrk reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. We also reserve the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion or all promotions at our discretion.
All bets placed on the 92pkrk platform are subject to these Terms and any specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.
The following general betting provisions apply:
92pkrk reserves the right to void, suspend or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match fixing, insider information, or coordinated manipulation of markets.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 92pkrk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close an Account, forfeit all balances including real money and bonus funds, and pursue available legal remedies where prohibited conduct is identified.
All content on the 92pkrk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the property of 92pkrk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
Any unauthorised use of platform content terminates the limited licence granted above and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights, for which 92pkrk reserves the right to seek remedies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkrk, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses.

No Guarantee of Winnings: The outcome of all betting and gaming activities on the platform is subject to chance. 92pkrk makes no representation or warranty regarding the likelihood of winning and accepts no liability for gambling losses of any kind.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the aggregate liability of 92pkrk to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to standard processing times and KYC requirements.
92pkrk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination by 92pkrk for breach of these Terms, any Balance held in the Account including both real money and bonus funds may be forfeited at our discretion. 92pkrk will provide written notice of forfeiture where required by applicable law.
92pkrk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, provide notice to registered users via email or on-platform notification.
Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14 above.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We recommend checking this page whenever you log in, particularly following receipt of any amendment notification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is licensed and operated. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you under local law.
